If you have been following our Facebook or blog this week, you will be well aware that this weekend is the Eastern Spring Simmental Classic held at the Ohio Beef Expo. The Ohio Beef Expo is always a well-attended event by Ohio and surrounding state cattle producers. Today and tomorrow, the 79 lots for the Eastern Spring Simmental Classic will begin arriving at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. Remember, there is no sale cattle show, so make sure you study your catalog thoroughly and come out to view the cattle. If you are still on the search for that perfect show heifer for the AJSA National Classic in Lima, there will be plenty to choice from at this event.
